Your Trust In Our Custom Wooden Door & Furniture Solutions Is Our Priority
Ronivans adheres to a quality-first approach, delivering stable and reliable OEM/ODM solutions for custom wooden doors and furniture, striving to be your trusted global partner.
Who is Ronivans?
Ronivans started in 2010 as a small workshop with eight people. Today we’ve grown into a 36,000 m² manufacturing operation with over 130 team members — 30 of them focused entirely on R&D and design. We’re based in Qingdao, China, right in the heart of the country’s furniture manufacturing belt, which gives us access to the best raw material suppliers and logistics networks in the region.
What sets us apart from the thousands of otherctories ar faound here? Honestly, it comes down to a few things. First, we don’t just make doors — we make the kind of doors that European and North American buyers expect. That means tight tolerances (±0.3mm on CNC cuts), premium finishes that don’t peel or fade, and packaging that actually survives a 30-day ocean crossing. Second, our team has deep experience with OEM/ODM projects, so we know how to take a client’s vision and turn it into something that’s both beautiful and manufacturable.
We ship to over 30 countries and handle around 300 containers per year. Our after-sales complaint rate stays below 1%, and our on-time delivery rate sits at 98%. Those aren’t numbers we print on a brochure and forget about — they’re tracked monthly and reviewed with every department head. If something slips, we fix it fast.

Our Certifcations
Sustainable production and responsible delivery are the cornerstones of our wooden door manufacturing. We hold certifications from globally renowned organizations committed to driving positive environmental and social impacts, ensuring our custom wooden door OEM products meet the most stringent international quality and sustainability standards
We know that for a lot of buyers, certifications aren’t optional — they’re a hard requirement. The EU Deforestation Regulation means your supply chain documentation has to be airtight. CARB P2 compliance is non-negotiable for the US market. And if your end clients care about responsible sourcing (they should), FSC chain of custody matters. We hold all of these, and we can provide test reports and certificate copies within 24 hours of request. It’s something we’ve invested in heavily because evaluating a factory in China often comes down to paperwork — and ours is always ready.
