Warranty Coverage

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification
  • Natural wood characteristics (minor color variation, grain differences)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures
  • Products in environments outside 35-65% RH

How to Report

  1. Contact us within 7 days — email with order number
  2. Provide photos + description — clear images, affected quantity
  3. We respond within 24 hours — assessment + proposed solution
  4. Resolution: free replacement, credit, or reshipping
