About the factory and products
Is Ronivans a real factory or a trading company?
We’re a direct manufacturer. Our 36,000 m² production facility is in Guangdong, China, with over 130 employees. We welcome factory audits and offer live video tours via WhatsApp or Zoom. Learn more about our factory.
What products do you manufacture?
Wooden doors (minimalist flush, solid wood panel, glass interior, invisible frameless, fire-rated, soundproof) and furniture (bed frames, wardrobes, cabinets, vanities, TV stands). All available for OEM/ODM customization. Browse our full catalog here.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. We’re near Guangzhou Baiyun Airport — we arrange airport pickup and hotel. You’ll tour production, meet the team, inspect products. Can’t travel? We do live video tours. Contact us to schedule a visit.
Price, payment and minimum order quantity
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock models: 50 doors/design. Custom: 100 doors/design. Trial orders: 20 doors for new buyers. See our MOQ and lead time guide for details.
How much do your doors cost?
FOB $45-$280/door depending on material, size, finish, hardware. Volume discounts 5-15% above 500 units. Itemized quotes, no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank wire), L/C for orders above $50K, PayPal for samples under $500. Standard: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample doors at cost ($50-$150 + shipping). Material samples free. Sample cost refundable against first bulk order of 200+ units.
Customization, Production and Logistics
Can you produce custom sizes and finishes?
Width 600-1200mm, height up to 2400mm. No surcharge above 100 units. Wood: oak, walnut, teak, ash, pine, engineered. Finishes: veneer, lacquer, PVC, melamine, UV.
Can I send my own design for production?
~70% of our orders work this way. Send CAD, 3D, sketches, or photos. We create production drawings + 3D renderings for approval. Full OEM/ODM services available.
How long does production take?
New designs: 45-75 days. Repeat orders: ~50 days. On-time rate: 99%.
How do you ship? Transit times?
Sea freight (FCL). SE Asia 7-15 days, Middle East 18-25, Europe 28-35, Americas 30-40. Air/rail for urgent. See our shipping cost guide.
How do you package doors?
EPE foam + corner protectors + reinforced cartons. Sea freight: wooden crates with moisture barrier. Full marine insurance. Transit damage rate: under 0.3%.
After-sales service, warranty and compliance
What if my order arrives damaged?
All shipments insured. Report within 7 days with photos. Free replacement or credit.
What is your warranty policy?
12-month warranty: warping, delamination, finish peeling, hardware failure. Free rework/replacement/reshipping. Complaint rate: below 1%.
Do your products meet environmental standards?
